Given the current circumstances regarding the COVID-19/coronavirus
pandemic, anyone entering the European Union Delegation
premises is kindly required; to show proof of full COVID-19
vaccination and fill in the following questionnaire. For the
non-fully vaccinated, a negative test taken within the
preceding 72 hours is necessary. Failure to provide proof means
entry will be denied. Thank you for your understanding.
Fully vaccinated refers
to people having
received all shots of the COVID-19 vaccine (1 or 2 depending
the make) and who have waited 2 weeks after having received
final vaccine dose.
refers to people having received only one of the 2 shots of
the COVID-19 vaccine (for makes requiring 2 doses) AND/OR
who have not yet waited 2 weeks after receiving the final
Have not initiated a COVID-19 vaccination series.
If Yes, please
enclose a proof of vaccination to the present questionnaire.
If No, please enclose a proof of a negative test taken within
the preceding 72 hours.
If you answer yes to any of the questions below or
present any symptom consistent with COVID-19, please do
not visit the EU Delegation.
