The EU Delegation is proud to announce a special international children's art exhibition hosted in collaboration with the Embassy of the Czech Republic. The exhibition features artwork from the winners of the International Children's Exhibition of Fine Arts Lidice, established in 1967 to commemorate the child victims from the Czech village of Lidice who were murdered during WWII. As one of the largest and oldest exhibitions of its kind, the competition draws young artists from more than 80 countries. Drawings, paintings, photography, and art objects are created based on an annual theme—from biodiversity to happiness, and even potatoes! This exhibition is open to the public for only three days (September 22, October 6, and October 13) before it goes to Canada, so sign up now to reserve your spot!
