Join National Geographic Kids for a live episode of their new podcast Greeking Out to celebrate the launch of a new book series, Zeus the Mighty! In the series, the overconfident hamster Zeus, wise cat Athena, and other rescued pets are under the watchful eye of their caretaker, Artie, who's obsessed with Greek mythology. They live on Mount Olympus, a pet supply and rescue center that sits high on a hill in Athens, Georgia. Inspired by their favorite podcast, Greeking Out, the animals believe themselves to be the actual megastars of mythology!
Greeking Out is a show hosted by Kenny Curtis from Kids Place Live and Becky Baines, Nat Geo Kids Editorial Director. They will narrate a kid-friendly Greek Myth with interjections of historical information. Other activities include coloring pages, mythology trivia, and a photo opp.
