On Friday 31 March, the Delegation of the European Union to the United States will host the 1st edition of the Schuman challenge, an EU foreign policy contest for undergrad students based in Washington DC and its region. This contest has been launched as part of the celebrations of the 60th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome and the 70th anniversary of the Marshall Plan. The topic of this year's contest?
