Mind-Building for Children: Children's Library Event at the Embassy of Finland

In collaboration with DC Public Library / Georgetown Neighborhood Library.

The Finnish Embassy turns into a library at our ”Mind-Building” event for children. Storytelling, music, craft and Moominvalley TV episode. You can also explore the ”Mind-Building” exhibition on Finnish libraries and library architecture.

Moominvalley is a new TV adaptation of writer-illustrator Tove Jansson’s much-loved stories about the white, hippo-like Moomins. As we follow the story of Moomintroll’s growth and encounters with his family and friends, we learn more about our own humanity, relationships and emotions. For children of all ages.
