As part of the European Union Month of Culture, the Center for Hellenic Studies and the Embassy of Greece in Washington, D.C. invite you to a lecture recital on May 13, titled “NIKOS GATSOS: MUSIC FOR A BETTER DAY” with Maria Anastasi-Paschalidis, voice and Aphrodite Mitsopoulou, piano in honor of Agathi Dimitrouka. Nikos Gatsos is one of the most celebrated Greek poets and songwriters of the 20th century.
