The EU at 60: Europe Since the Treaty of Rome

2017 marks the 60th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome, which established the European Economic Community, later to become the European Union.  This event will offer an opportunity of dialogue among scholars and practitioners to reflect upon the origins of the EU and its failure.

A conference featuring Stefan Collignon, Victoria de Grazia, Roberta de Monticelli, Javier Elorza, Gian Giacomo Migone, Peter Lindseth, Anne Dorte Riggelsen, Boris Ruge, Rui Tavares, Adam Tooze, Nadia Urbinati, João Vale de Almeida, and Piere Vimont.
