About the Initiative:
Washington DC Lithuanian Professionals Club is seeking to become a Founding partner of the Lithuanian Ambassador’s Future Leaders Fund. This Fund will support the next generation leaders of the Lithuanian-American community, aspiring to build a career in the U.S. governmental and non-governmental institutions after completing their studies. By awarding scholarships, the fund will support talented students seeking to develop their leadership skills and gain professional experience through internships at the U.S. Congress, government agencies, various think-tanks, and other institutions. This long-term investment aims to develop the future leaders who will contribute to fostering and strengthening strategic ties between Lithuania and the U.S. The Lithuanian Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania will serve as a mediator.

About the Artist:
Lithuanian-born pianist Evelina Puzaite is an internationally recognized performer of natural sensitivity and strong charisma. Evelina is in constant demand as both a soloist and as a chamber musician and regularly performs at the most prestigious venues around the world. Evelina’s recital engagements have included performances at the Usedomer Music Festival in Germany, Festival di Londra in Italy,the first EPTA Festival in Cyprus, the Presteigne Festival in Wales and Edinburgh Festival, and many others. Evelina has won numerous prizes, including First Prize at the Rubinstein Piano Competition in Paris, First Prize at the Tel-Hai International Piano Competition in. Evelina was awarded a long-term recording contract with Landor Records, and she appears regularly on television and radio. In addition to her piano career, Evelina Puzaite is an avid writer and composer. Evelina is closely involved in working with charities, helping to raise money for a good cause.
