About The Festival
This year’s festival offers a variety of ways to participate!
Looking to get the family a dose of European culture? Come join us at our Kids Euro Fest Family Days on October 9 and 16, featuring live acts and activities hosted by performers from a variety of EU Member States! Attendance is free, although registration will be required (starting September 15). Further, grab your free tickets for the Moomins Exhibit at the National Children’s Museum to learn a bit about European TV and animation!
Prefer to stay home? We’ll bring the culture to you! Starting October 9, a plethora of online activities will be available for free on our website, offering immersive experiences into European art installations, green solutions, history, dance, games, and more!
Now in its 14th year, this unique festival’s mission is to provide equal access to the European arts for American families and children of all backgrounds. This is made possible by the 27 European Union countries and the European Union Delegation to the United States in cooperation with the European-American Cultural Foundation and Washington Performing Arts.
